Using Classic Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Reiki, Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Meditation, Emotional Inquiry and Life Coaching to achieve solutions and empower you to live happier.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

CBT focuses on challenging and changing unhelpful cognitive distortions and behaviours, improving emotional regulation, and the development of personal coping strategies that target solving current problems.

Couples Therapy

In couples therapy, we look at contributing factors causing relationship dysfunction and disharmony. Helping both parties understand and empathise with each other, leading to a deeper connection.

EMDR – Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy

COMING SOON EMDR therapy helps process trauma by stimulating the brain with eye movements or sounds. Useful for those suffering with c-PTSD, PTSD, OCD and anxiety.
